    Before graduating from Pratt Institute, Mark tended bar, learning the nuances of communication and what people need the most – attention.

    Outstanding design, creative copy, and over-delivery are in my DNA. With a thought process that is nimble, disruptive, and reliable, I've become a trusted advisor to a broad range of companies and industries, assisting with graphic design, creative, integrated communication, package design, website design, and advertising.

    Tim is a proven executive, marketing, entertainment, and media innovator with 30 years’ experience across a broad range of companies from Madison Avenue to Hollywood to Biotech/Life Sciences and recently Medical Cannabis.

    Tim has led high growth demanding enterprises which have pioneered consumer branding and marketing strategies across high profile categories including; cannabis, motion picture and television programming, beverage, sports leagues, automobile, interactive gaming, personal care, technology, fast food and the Department of Defense.

    He is an entrepreneur and executive manager of creative driven enterprises, with a diverse ability for “making the cash register ring”. As a master storyteller, strategist and multi-channel thinker, Tim created one of the first entertainment centric interactive game companies and later bought, scaled and sold the largest cross-platform story-driven marketing organizations servicing the entertainment industry.

  • Mike O'Cone

    DIRECTOR, RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

    Mike has over thirty years of experience in the areas of in alliance, project, relationship, technology and business management. He has been involved with several pharmaceutical product and company acquisitions/divestitures managing tactical teams throughout the enterprise including R&D, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Commercial and Corporate functions. While in the Contract Sales Organization space, Mike’s teams were responsible for Incentive Compensation, Customer Relationship Management/Sales Force Automation, Sales Reporting and Management Information Systems in support of the field sales forces of several major pharmaceutical clients. 

    He has contributed in various capacities on projects ranging from the extremely technical implementation of distributed data centers to the business centric roles required in the management of strategic alliances between a pharma company and it’s domestic and international development and commercial partners. 

    Mike leverages his understanding of business analysis, development, systems integrations and business alignment. His teams have provided innovative enterprise solutions capitalizing on this knowledge to creatively avoid project pitfalls; instead focusing on delivering projects on time, on budget, on specification.
